📊 How Statistics are Calculated:
- Average Working Hours/Day: Total working hours ÷ (Weekdays present)
- Formula: Total Hours ÷ (Total Weekdays - Weekday Absents)
- Example: 243 hrs ÷ (72 weekdays - 7 absents) = 243 ÷ 65 = 3.74 hrs/day
- Total Absents: Weekday absents ONLY (Saturdays & Sundays excluded)
- Weekdays: Only Monday-Friday counted (weekends excluded from all calculations)
- Active Employees Only: Statistics show only currently active employees
